Frankie’s Cart is proudly dedicated to Frank “Brian” Hughson and Sig, whose influence, love, and guidance continue to inspire us every day.
Although many knew him as Brian, his given name was Frank—the inspiration behind the name Frankie’s Cart. Naming our business in his honor allows us to carry a part of his legacy forward and celebrate the values he embodied throughout his life.
Together, Brian and Sig represented the importance of family, perseverance, and community. Their stories, wisdom, and unwavering support helped shape who we are, and their memory remains woven into the foundation of this business.

We’re Kaelen and Lise Hughson — the husband-and-wife duo behind Frankie’s Cart! What started as a love for traveling, cooking, and connecting with people has grown into a rolling kitchen on wheels. We chase good food, great festivals, and even better company — some might say like a couple of happy hippies! Our mission is simple: to serve up delicious eats, share a few laughs, and make every stop a little tastier and a lot more fun.
